The Special Envoy of the Sovereign Order of Malta for the New Forms of Exclusion Sergio Rodríguez López-Ros held two high level meetings with the European Commission to know the implications that the negotiation of the Artificial Intelligence Act may have in the areas of inclusion and health, fields of mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta.

On 10th May 2023 the Ambassador met Commissioner Vestager’ Cabinet expert on AI, Werner Stengg, and on 8th February 2023 he hold also a meeting with Juha Heikkilä, the Special Advisor for Artificial Intelligence to the Direction-General on Communication Networks, Content & Technology of the European Commission.
